Aiman Alkebsi
One concept that has stayed with me is kokorozashi: having a purpose that goes beyond individual success. I found a strong connection between this idea and the principles I grew up with in Islam, particularly contributing to society and creating value for others. It has helped me think about my career in terms of both what I want to achieve and whom I want my work to benefit.
